Returns and refunds policy

Incorrect product or damaged goods 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given but in most cases we will be able to organise a replacement.
Please contact us using our online contact form to advise us of any damaged or incorrect items so that we can start the replacement process. We may ask you to send photos of the faulty or incorrect item. If a replacement is arranged, you will not be required to send back the faulty item.

Please choose carefully
Each shirt is printed to order, this unfortunately means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or when the incorrect size has been ordered. You can check sizing information on each product before ordering to ensure that it is correct.
Once orders have been placed, it is not usually possible to change or cancel. Please make your selection carefully and read and understand when to expect your order to arrive by familiarizing yourself with our shipping policies.
